Nodis supported the implementation to enable flexible supply products and portfolio optimisation of decentral assets.

Objectives:

• Mature VPP product to enable cross market optimization
  Enable optimisation services by maturing the VPP product (trading, cross-market optimisation, clearing and settlement)

• Integrate upstream & downstream
  Integrate the software product with the upstream business operations tools and downstream EMS and decentralized assets.

• Manage project and delivery
  Ensure controlled rollout through structured project management, testing and go-live preparation

Nodis acted as lead integrator with our partner VPP software company for the customer:

• Facilitating in-depth business requirement workshops  
• Delivering functional specifications to product development team
• Coordinated stakeholders, planning, UAT and deployment

The result was an on-time rollout of a production-ready VPP platform actively steering decentral assets in operations.
