What are we looking for?

We are looking for people with a genuine interest in the energy and utility market, the immense potential brought by digitalization in this sector, and with the ambition to have a real impact. Our consultants should be motivated to work for a dynamic consulting company with a no-nonsense and open culture.

We look for new graduates who:

• Have affinity with the energy sector and digitalization.
• Are eager to try out different roles (business analyst, project manager, data scientist, solution architect) to find the perfect fit with their competencies and personality.
• Like new challenges and are analytic, pro-active, and pragmatic problem solvers.
• Aspire to have a significant impact on the success of our customers and to share knowledge and experiences with colleagues.
• Has a flawless knowledge of Dutch or French, and is proficient in Dutch, French and English.
• Has a relevant master’s degree (engineering, energy, economics, IT).

What will you do for us?

• Help the customer innovate by enabling technologies in new or existing business models.
• Understand and contribute to achieving the (digital) strategy and roadmaps for our clients.
• Participate in and lead business & IT workshops to understand requirements and perform active stakeholder management as bridge between business and IT.
• Apply requirements gathering, solution design and test management and automation based on modern best practices.
• Operate within agile project environments stimulating iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Be part of our self-steering organization by contributing to our strategy and evolving our business capabilities together with the whole team.
