What are we looking for?

We are looking for people with a genuine interest in the energy and utility market, the immense potential brought by digitalization in this sector, and with the ambition to have a real impact. Our solution architects should be motivated to work for a dynamic consulting company with a no-nonsense and open culture.

• Has Dutch or French as native language, and is proficient in Dutch, French and English.
• Has a master’s degree and has ideally some experience in utilities and/or information technology.
• Has at least 3 years or relevant working experience.

What will you do for us?

• Understand and contribute to achieving the strategy and the goals of our customers by designing a fit for purpose IT solution.
• Act as a gatekeeper by simultaneously overseeing the overarching solution and possessing the capability to delve deeply into specific areas.
• Contribute to our customer’s project success by facilitating the architectural processes, identifying desired qualities and constraints, ensuring risks and trade-offs are discussed within the team(s) and guiding business stakeholders to take informed decisions.
• Create comprehensive solutions that address specific business or technical challenges and align with the customer’s overall strategy.
• Grasp the complexity associated with modern platform solutions, and break it down into simpler, understandable bits towards both software engineers as well as business stakeholders. 
• Being the indispensable person, occupying a pivotal role within the team, and serving as a mentor and guide.
• Assess and select the appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools that best fit the project’s needs while considering factors such as cost, compatibility, industry standards, and the organization’s long-term goals.
• Identify potential risks and challenges related to the proposed architecture and evaluating possible solutions to mitigate these risks.
